It is relatively easy today to find candidates who look good ‘on paper’ but all too often the reality doesn’t meet expectations. We only interview and assess candidates for specific roles against specific criteria and cultures. We establish competencies for each role with each client and measure candidates against these individual competencies. At Matrix there’s no such thing as a ‘general’ interview.
